William Holt is the coordinator for the Urban Environmental Studies (UES) Program at Birmingham-Southern College (BSC), He has been involved with the American Arts & Crafts Movement for some time, and the purpose of this survey is to ask you as a participant in the American Arts & Crafts Movement your opinions about the movement’s resurgence and the role of innovation in its revival. He has invited us to complete this survey which includes questions about your involvement in the Arts & Crafts movement, your inspirations and innovations in your work, participation in the Arts & Crafts Movement and some basic demographic information.

You do not have to participate in this survey if you do not want to do so. If you agree to be in this survey, but later change your mind, you may drop out at any time. There are no penalties or consequences of any kind if you decide that you do not want to participate.
